After virtual visits to Boulder and Fort Collins in Colorado; Manchester, Vermont and Saratoga Springs, New York; I finally made it to Northern California where Copperfield’s Books hosted an online talk last night. One advantage of a virtual book tour is no jet lag. This is offset by the big disadvantage—no people to talk with. I spent half an hour giving a talk to my iMac with only a little picture of myself in a Zoom window. Finally, Jamie Madsen, my kind host for the event, came onscreen for a nice Q&A. That was a great relief.
